What you’ll do

• Craft engaging user interactions and product designs
• Take ownership of design initiatives independently, creating and implementing a Design System
• Be the inaugural designer among the first ten hires
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers

Who you are

To thrive at Leadbay you will need to take ownership of all design and user-research activities, knowing that you’ll be the only designer in the team at least for a while.

• Completion (or near) of master's studies in Design
• Relevant previous internship or experience in product design
• Strong understanding of UX principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• A pragmatic, results-oriented, highly autonomous ask-for-forgiveness-not-permission mindset
