Job Description
As our first business profile at LeadBay, you will work autonomously on growth strategies and hacks to bring Leadbay to 100.000 paid users by the next 5 years.
- Extreme doer
- Meet potential customers, understand their need, drive them to closing,
- Orchestrate top of the funnels efforts to feed the pipeline,
- Community, events, content, paid-marketing, product hunt, SEO
- Manage your customers portfolio, ensure an optimal NPS, upsell your customers portfolio,
- Fine strategist
- From the multiple tests & learns on the GTM effort, understand what works, what doesn’t and drive the optimal GTM Strategy for Leadbay. Overall, determine channel market fit.
- Outbound strategy
- Inbound strategy
- Partnership strategy
- Build your A-team to succeed your GTM strategy,
- Manage and report the whole growth strategy,
- Communicate with the rest of the team (including investors) and motivate them to succeed in implementing your strategy.
You’ll work on a daily basis with Ludo, CEO at Leadbay - supporting you in succeeding with your strategy.
