Job Description
As Chief of Staff at LeadBay, you will work directly with the co-founding team and contribute to:
- Business (by using Leadbay 🤘🏼)
- Outbound: Run our outreach strategy with key accounts identified on Leadbay,
- Inbound: Run our demand generation strategy by making Leadbay shine at the right events, in the right media, and on the right social media platforms,
- As the rest of the team does, you will also conduct market research with B2B sales reps to ensure our product strategy aligns with end-users' needs. You’ll share recommendations with the product team as a distributed product manager.

- Cultivate an ecosystem network in key cities: Paris, London, Berlin, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles,
- Support shaping the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy (mostly partnerships),
- Talents
- Establish an A-players recruitment engine,
- Screen and evaluate potential candidates,
- Collaborate in building the right team to drive our mission forward,
- Ensure seamless onboarding and provide ongoing support for talent development within the organization,
